   If an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise requires a refund, the event organizer is responsible for initiating and processing refunds to attendees, subject to the applicable refund terms and conditions.

   WarbleLive may facilitate the refund process or provide relevant transaction information to the organizer or payment provider where necessary.
